The Netherlands’ best tennis player can be seen at Libéma Open again this year.
Tallon Griekspoor will be at the ATP 250 tournament on the grass courts of the Autotron ‘s-Hertogenbosch from 7-15 June.
In 2023, Griekspoor experienced a dream week by winning his second ATP title. At the time, he described the first tournament victory in front of his own audience as his finest.
‘Libéma Open is a special tournament for me. Two years ago I experienced a very nice week. Hopefully I can do that again this year. I’m looking forward to it immensely.’
Griekspoor is the current number 51 on the world ranking list and participated in Libéma Open four times in his career. He has a positive win-loss balance of 9:3 on the Brabant grass.
Last year, the 28-year-old Griekspoor reached the semi-finals.
Defending champion Alex de Minaur has also confirmed his arrival. The Australian won the title last year by dealing with Sebastian Korda in the final match. The American was too strong for Griekspoor in the semi-finals.
