Qualifying tournament filled with top100 players

The first weekend at Libéma Open guarantees top matches, as the qualifying tournament is filled with top100 players. So a visit to the Autotron ‘s-Hertogenbosch on 7 and 8 June is definitely worthwhile. The main tournament starts on Monday, Whit Monday.

Gabriel Diallo leads the field of qualifiers. The 23-year-old Canadian is the world number 53 and is storming the world rankings. Briton Jacob Fearnley (ATP-54) and Serbian Laslo Djere (ATP-59) are the other players in the top 60.

Well-known name is Mattia Bellucci (ATP-68). The left-handed Italian was already successful once in the Netherlands with a semi-final place in Rotterdam and will also want to create furore on the Brabant grass.

There are many players from Australia on the list. The immense country has a tradition with grass tennis and that is why Aleksandar Vukic (ATP-78), Rinky Hijikata (ATP-79), Christopher O’Connell (ATP-82) and Adam Walton (ATP-91) will feel like a fish in water.

Americans Reilly Opelka (ATP-95) and Mackenzie McDonald (ATP-99) close the queue for the qualifying tournament.

In the main tournament, defending champion Alex de Minaur (ATP-9) is seeded first. Daniil Medvedev (ATP-11) and Arthur Fils (ATP-14) are hot on his heels. Former winner and Dutch number one Tallon Griekspoor is also competing.
